Yes, we maintain sufficient stock for most standard specifications. For non-standard sizes, we can accept orders with reasonable lead time.
Q3. Can you provide MTC (Mill Test Certificate)?
Yes, we provide MTC for every shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS, TÜV, BV, etc.) is also available upon request.
Q4. Do you support video inspection before shipment?
Yes, we fully support video inspection. You can also arrange an agent or third party to visit our factory for on-site inspection before shipment.
Q5. What are your main export markets?
We export to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and South America. We have rich experience in international trade and export documentation.
Q6. What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (wire transfer), L/C at sight (irrevocable), and sometimes a combination of T/T deposit + L/C balance. Payment terms are negotiable based on order size and customer history.

Yes, samples are available for most standard products. For custom sizes, we may need to produce small batch samples. Sample cost and shipping are usually borne by the customer, but can be discussed.
Q8. What is your typical lead time?
For stock items: 7–10 days after order confirmation. For custom production: 20–30 days, depending on the specification and quantity.
Q9. What quality certifications do you have?
We provide MTC with every shipment. Our partner mills are ISO9001 certified. We can also assist with third-party inspections (SGS, TÜV, BV) upon request.
